Since I earned my certification with the American Council of Exercise over ten years ago, I never looked back. I love what I do because I have the privilege of empowering and inspiring people to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, thereby improving the quality of their life. It’s an honor that I am grateful for everyday.

I opened this training facility to help motivate people who have never exercised, have a difficult time exercising alone, or need motivation to reach their ultimate goals. I will coach, inspire and guide you in the right direction. Rest assured, you will never be bored and you’re going to have fun.

My attitude always reflects a willingness to go above and beyond what my clients’ expectations are. My clients will tell you that they have never done the same routine twice. They will also attest to the fact that their bodies are transformed after I work with them a few months. They trust me because I always deliver what I promise. I promise to challenge you and keep your muscles guessing. If you do your part, I also promise that your body will be transformed, you will have more energy and will be a more serene person. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase your speed and agility or just want to develop self esteem inside and out, let me help you get there.

I am certified in the OhioHealth Delay the Disease program, which improves the physical, mental and emotional realities of Parkinson’s patients. I offer one on one training and group fitness classes, specifically geared toward the needs of people living with Parkinson’s Disease.

Growing up, fitness had always been a passion of mine. I have played soccer all of my life, as well as ran track in Junior High and High School. I am currently a student at Ohio University majoring in Communications and minoring in Coaching. I have been consistently training for the past three years working with student athletes on their speed agility and strength training. Within the past year, I have been working with clients as a part-time job, but I have come to the realization that this what I want to make my full-time career and spend the rest of my life doing what I love. I will be graduating in the spring of 2017. When I finish, I will work towards earning my certification through the American Council of Exercise. In the meantime while I am finishing up my Bachelor’s degree, I have accepted a position with the Pickerington North Soccer team as the Junior Varsity coach. My goal for my clients is for them to feel the best they can possibly feel and love themselves.
Beth Freitag

Beth Freitag is a certified yoga teacher through YogaFit- Levels 1-5, Kids and Seniors certified and is working toward her 200 hour certification. She trained at Balletmet Academy and Dramatic Truth School of Ballet in Kansas City, MO, where she studied dance, kinesiology, yoga and body conditioning.

She has taught ballet fitness and Pilates and currently teaches several forms of yoga and barre. Beth’s passion for fitness, health and teaching comes out of her struggles recovering from a motorcycle accident requiring surgeries and physical therapy. Beth hopes you will share your story and your challenges so she can help and encourage you on your journey.

Jennah Nelson is a Nutrition Coach, Yoga Instructor, and proud Mom!

As a lifelong and collegiate athlete, physical fitness, goal-setting and wellness have always been ingrained in her being. When she’s not helping her clients create and crush new health goals or singing Disney tunes with her baby girl, she can be found at Pickerington North High School coaching an accomplished High School Cheerleading team.

Her greatest passion is bringing joy, inspiration and positivity into the lives of those around her. She enjoys nothing more than seeing people discover the willingness to show up and make a change. She believes in the idea that sometimes, the bravest and most important thing you can do during anything in life, is just show up!

A graduate of Ohio Dominican University, Jennah has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, with Minors in Public Relations and Marketing. She also holds a certification in Functional Medicine Nutrition.

Sondra Caddell

Sondra has been a Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor for over 10 years. She took her first yoga training in 2008, and began teaching and practicing for the fitness aspect to complement her running. She started doing Crossfit when she realized the benefits of combing the two things she loved the most, inspiring her to complete her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is also an ACE certified personal trainer and Reebok certified Cycling Instructor.

Outside the gym, Sondra is married to Scott with two boys, Jack 19 and Danny 16. She has a bachelors degree in MIS from UMass and works as a Sr Business Analyst. She loves to travel, scuba dive.

My name is Julie Wellendorf, and I am a graduate of the Columbus chapter of the Healthy Mind, Body and Soul 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Yoga has transformed not only my body but more importantly my heart and mind. I love that yoga can teach us so much about ourselves and how to live both on and off the mat.

Outside of yoga, I enjoy Cross Fit, cooking, gardening, reading, traveling and hanging out with our two boys and their pet bunnies, Rhett and Phoebe.

Just a note to say thank you for your outstanding hot yoga instruction. I had been wanting to try yoga for awhile and with encouragement from 2 of your clients (Cyndi T & Jill T.) – it happened! 🙂 As an avid cyclist I needed to increase my flexibility, but never imagined the deep breathing would also reduce my stress zone! The stretching poses have also reduced core weight, which is fabulous! Thanks again for your positive instruction for my “me time!” I’m hooked 🙂
