If you are under 18, pregnant, nursing or have health problems, consult your doctor about specific medical conditions. The content on www.advanced1on1training.com is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended in any way to take the place of professional medical advice. Advanced Training is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in an exercise or exercise program at Advanced Training or on www.advanced1on1training.com, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Advanced Training from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Advanced Training’s negligence. Your use of the Advanced Training’s programs, in the studio or online, will constitute your agreement to comply with the rules outlined in this document. These rules may be modified by Advanced Training from time to time. Continued use of Advanced Training, in the studio or online, by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Terms and Conditions. You can access these Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of any page of the Advanced Training website. Your failure to follow the Advanced Training’s rules listed below may result in termination of your access to Advanced Training without notice. If you do not agree with the rules contained in these Terms and Conditions, please do not use Advanced Training.

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
When you sign up to become a client of Advanced Training you may be subscribed to the Advanced Training Newsletter. Messages are addressed to groups, not individuals; as a recipient, your email address is kept confidential. However, the sender of a message is always identified, and the sender’s return email address is disclosed. (This policy promotes responsible use of the email system and directs our members to the right source if they feel they are receiving inappropriate messages.) You should be aware that when you send a message you are disclosing your identity and email address, and any information you voluntarily disclose may be used by others to contact you directly.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Exercise and health are matters that vary from person to person. Clients of Advanced Training, in the studio or online, should speak with their own doctors about their individual needs before starting any exercise program. Advanced Training and www.advanced1on1training.com are not intended as substitutes for the medical advice and supervision of your personal physician. Any application of the recommendations set forth in the following verbiage is at the viewer’s discretion and sole risk. If you are over 35 or have been inactive for a few years, see your physician before beginning any exercise program. CLIENT AGE REQUIREMENT
The age requirement for attendance to all Advanced Training classes is 12 (twelve) years old. All minors, 12 and over, must be accompanied by an adult.

CLIENT DISCLAIMER
Advanced Training, in its sole discretion, may revoke the membership of those who violate its guidelines or these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ohio without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action brought in connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, in a court located in Columbus, OH.
